Below is the list of novels, both fiction and nonfiction, along with graphic novels and audio books that I read or listened to in 2025. For each book read, I rated it on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least enjoyable and 10 being the most satisfying. I based the ratings on how developed the characters were, whether or not the plot was engaging, and the stylistic flair of each writer. As a disclaimer, these are just my personal opinions. I love reading and writing and would never want to discourage anyone from putting down their phone and picking up a book. While there were some stories that I didn’t personally love or connect with, your experience might differ. Now, on to the lists.

2025 Books Read
This year I tackled some lengthy novels, among them two by Stephen King (The Stand & It) as well as Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurty. Also this year I continued reading through Michael Connelly’s Harry Bosch series, which I loved. Entertaining, quick easy reads.
